Rules are Up as Promised

Please be sure to check the Rules and Times tab above for the most recent rule changes.

These are the same rules to be used at the Capital City Championships March 23 in Edmonton, the Mind Body Soul May 4th in Edmonton as well as all The Submission Series this year.

Things to check:

More children’s Divisions

Game 4-7

Children 8-9  No Subs

Children 10-11 Straight Armbars and Chokes (No Guillotines or Ezikials for any children or teens)

Children 12-13 Straight Armbars, Kimuras, Americanas and Chokes

Teens 14-16 Subs as per IBJJF

We will also have an Executive division for those competitors 35 or older (if there are 6 or more, weights split up day of).
