Submission Series Children

Another BJJ tournament at Arashi Do Martial Arts, another great turnout.  55 children showed up to compete and 47 adults, a fantastic turnout for a club event. We are using this tournament and the one April 6 (held at Arashi Do North) to see what the actual weight difference and interests are for the Children divsion and the Recreational Adult Division. If we get enough competitors in each division, we will add more at the larger events like the Mind Body Soul.  Our oragnizers are reviewing the stats now to make sure the next event is fair yet challenging. We are planning to even at an executive division for those 35 and older (if there are 6 or more I’ll do 40 and over). So these tournaments are a great chance to get some practice and let your voice be heard. Thanks to all that competed and see you at the Capital City Championship Mar 23 and back here April 6.
